Project Manager (f/m/x) Marketing Communications – Fixed‑Term (18 months)

Your responsibilities
As Project Manager (f/m/x) Marketing Communications, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and driving marketing communication projects in a highly regulated MedTech environment. Acting as a central interface between stakeholders, requestors and internal MarCom teams, you will ensure structured project execution, transparent communication and high‑quality deliverables across multiple international markets and business functions.
This is a fixed‑term position with a duration of 18 months.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Translating business requests into clear project setups, including scope, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements
- Defining project milestones, dependencies and realistic implementation schedules while managing competing deadlines with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinating projects across functions, teams and international markets to ensure alignment on scope, timelines and responsibilities
- Tracking project progress and proactively managing risks, delays, dependencies and open actions throughout all project phases
- Supporting budget and resource planning while identifying capacity constraints and escalation points at an early stage
- Ensuring deliverables are consistent, complete and ready for implementation or market use
- Preparing structured project updates, facilitating meetings and documenting decisions and follow‑up actions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, collaboration models and operational standards

Your profile
You are a strong match if you combine solid project management expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in an international and regulated setting.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience within B2B marketing (mandatory), ideally within healthcare, MedTech or a similarly regulated industry
- Strong understanding of marketing communication processes and stakeholder collaboration in highly regulated markets
- Proven experience managing multi‑stakeholder and multi‑market projects in an international environment
- Solid project management expertise, including planning, prioritization, dependency and risk management as well as experience with PM tools
- Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working style with the ability to maintain oversight in complex situations and evolving project environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
