Project Manager for Events and Brand Experiences

We are a design consultancy specialising in lighting and media design, and we deliver projects for renowned clients worldwide in the fields of live events, trade fairs, exhibitions and brand experiences - taking an interdisciplinary, innovative and bespoke approach: as experienced as we are creative, as curious as we are reliable. For our offices in Stuttgart, Munich and Düsseldorf, we are looking for a project manager who can manage projects independently, support clients with confidence and drive our team forward.

Your responsibilities

• Project management: Independently managing complex projects in the fields of events and brand experiences - from planning right through to successful delivery.
• Client management: Providing independent, confident support and guidance to our clients in the role of their main point of contact.
• Costing: Calculating the costs of external and in-house services, as well as budget responsibility.
• CAD design: Creation and checking of drawings using standard CAD software.
• People management: Providing technical leadership for your project team and overseeing external service providers.
• Willingness to travel: Supporting projects and attending appointments with clients, on building sites and at our sites.

What we expect from you

• Experience in project management, ideally in the field of events, trade fairs or brand experiences
• Accuracy in the costing of external and in-house services, and in managing budgets
• Practical experience with CAD software
• Ability to work as part of a team and experience in managing staff or project teams
• Willingness to travel, as well as a well-groomed, confident manner
• Enjoys challenges and complex, creative projects
• Business-level proficiency in spoken and written German and English
