Project Manager for innovative MEMS sensors (f/m/div.)

As MEMS Chip Project Manager, you lead a cross-functional team to develop a next-generation MEMS chip and bring it to market. You coordinate MEMS design, technology, layout, testing, manufacturing, and quality, while aligning interfaces to system, ASIC, packaging, and final test. You manage schedules, risks, budgets, and milestones, reporting progress to stakeholders. Your leadership and stakeholder management accelerate time-to-market with mature technology.

• Lead MEMS chip development team across design, technology, layout, testing, manufacturing and quality
• Coordinate interfaces to system, ASIC, package and final test development
• Manage project schedule, interdependencies, critical path, milestones
• Conduct systematic risk management to enable fast time-to-market with technical maturity
• Track project status (quality, budget, production costs, schedule) and report to stakeholders and management

• Several years of MEMS development experience (mandatory)
• Experience in an organizational/leadership role and management of complex projects
• Ability to manage stakeholders from different units, including internal customers
• PMP certification is a plus
• Full professional English proficiency; German a plus
• Completed bachelor's or master's degree or comparable qualifications in physics, micro-systems, electrical engineering or related field
