Project Manager Implementation

As a Project Manager Implementation at RP Global, you lead the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects from tendering through commissioning. You coordinate technical, commercial, and operational activities to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets. You collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to bring projects into operation. • Lead all implementation activities across assigned renewable energy projects
• Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and operational targets
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards
• Manage project teams and set priorities to achieve objectives
• Lead tendering processes for project packages
• Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts
• Select, assess, and manage contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinate engineering consultants and service providers
• Build and maintain relationships with authorities, landowners, developers, contractors, and technical consultants
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and the Board
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site managers
• Implement quality control procedures throughout construction
• Oversee testing, acceptance, and handover activities
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and implement risk management processes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements

• Proven experience delivering renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
