Project Manager Infrastructure

Our team in Wiebelsheim is responsible for the infrastructure, expansion and maintenance of 63 moorings and a large number of other new construction projects in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate internal project management, ensuring the technical, high quality and timely execution of new construction and existing floating facilities, and expanding the infrastructure.
• Obtain and manage all relevant documents for approvals and process funding applications.
• Interface with external planners, project managers, specialist departments, shipyards and suppliers, maintaining contact with authorities.
• Participate in concept meetings, project planning meetings and construction meetings.
• Document construction phases, monitor deadlines and schedules, maintain the project management platform (Smartsheet).
• Take responsibility for project approval.

YOU BRING ALONG

• Successfully completed degree or training in the technical or business administration field.
• Professional experience in project management.
• A very good command of German and a good command of English.
• Confident knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Efficient time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.
