Responsibilities include: developing detailed requirements and a process flow for converting the product portfolio from MDD to EU-MDR in production and the supply chain; creating a detailed project plan for the product conversion with minimal business impact; implementing the project plan with the relevant personnel and departments; and providing regular project status updates and managing escalations within the project steering committee.
