What you can expect at eMind

As a project manager, you are the interface between our developers, sales and our customers. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of digital products - from web solutions and mobile apps to customized business software. You will work closely with our software architects, designers and customer consultants, identify risks at an early stage and ensure that projects run smoothly - in terms of content, time and budget.

Your tasks

Planning and managing IT and software projects (Scrum, Kanban or classic)
Requirements management in close coordination with customers and development teams
Resource planning, budget monitoring and time management
Communication with all project participants at eye level
Quality assurance and success monitoring of project goals
Continuous process optimization within project management

This is what you bring

Completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, media management or similar
Multi-year professional experience in project management for digital products
Experience in managing agile software teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial approach
Business fluent in German, good written and spoken English
