Project Manager (m/f/d) for AMLA

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple project activities and workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and support effective project delivery
• Plan and monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, risks, and action items
• Organize project meetings, maintain documentation, and prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates
• Support risk management, document project outcomes and best practices, and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an international environment
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage
