Project Manager (m/f/d) in Banking and Insurance

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team with their expertise and passion for the banking and insurance industry. In this role, you will coordinate several ongoing IT development projects at the same time. Depending on your individual interests and strengths, you can focus on different areas.

Requirements & responsibilities

You would like to:

• lead, plan and manage projects with a focus on IT software development and present goals to stakeholders
• support the entire project process from requirements management through to successful implementation together with the specialist department
• support project controlling and take on coaching and knowledge sharing

You bring:

• a completed degree in business administration/economics or (business) informatics (Master’s degree or equivalent)
• 5 years of professional experience in project management
• practical experience in managing complex projects, preferably in IT software development
• ideally, experience in the banking and insurance industry
• sound knowledge of and experience in traditional and agile project management, as well as strong communication skills and a constructive approach to conflict resolution
• very good German skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
