Project Manager (m/f/d) in Steel and Industrial Construction

We are looking for a candidate to join a family-owned company in the steel construction industry in the Dortmund area as soon as possible as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in Steel and Industrial Construction.

What awaits you

• Independent planning, management, and oversight of steel construction projects, including responsibility for costs and budgets.
• Acquiring new clients and projects, including the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Conducting contract negotiations

What you should bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering (specialization: structural engineering)
• Professional experience in project management or contract administration for steel construction projects is required
• Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer focus
• Strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a high degree of responsibility and cost awareness
• Good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office
