Your responsibilities will include: Planning and execution of building services engineering projects; Creating shop drawings and assembly plans using AutoCAD; Technical, scheduling, and commercial project monitoring; Leading project team members and scheduling; Coordinating subcontractors and material procurement; and Responsibility for project invoicing and controlling.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik
• Grundkenntnisse in Heizung, Sanitär und MSR-Technik
• Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Anwendungen und MS Office
• Besitz eines gültigen PKW-Führerscheins
• Strukturierte, kundenorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
