Project Manager (m/f/d) - Product Portfolio Enhancement

As a Project Manager at Leibinger, you drive enhancements to the existing product portfolio, balancing quality, cost, and performance. You work across R&D, supply chain, quality, and sales to implement changes and continuous improvement. You manage projects end-to-end and report on progress and outcomes, ensuring timely delivery in a manufacturing context. • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the product portfolio, targeting quality, cost, and technical updates
• Manage projects end-to-end from scope to post-deployment follow-up
• Ensure targets for quality, cost, performance, and time-to-market for series production
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, quality, and sales to implement engineering changes and improvements
• Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs with transparent, data-driven decisions
• Maintain stakeholder communication and provide structured progress reports and KPIs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and practices

• 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial environment, ideally related to product lifecycle management or portfolio optimization
• Proven track record in managing improvement projects on existing products (quality, cost reduction, design changes, or industrialization updates)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and product performance drivers
• Experience in engineering change management and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable
• Knowledge and application of AI tools is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured working methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong business and customer focus
