At our location in Stockach - the gateway to Lake Constance -, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

Take full ownership of new product development and lifecycle, where you will lead cross-functional initiatives
Drive product development from concept to launch, support portfolio optimization, and coordinate evaluations
Drive scope, timing, budget, and quality with a strong hands on mindset
Lead and inspire cross functional teams across engineering, product, and business
Proactively manage risks, changes, and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Communicate progress clearly and keep everyone aligned and motivated

Your Profile

A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a compareable field
At least 5 years experience in leading projects and IPMA Level C or similar
At least 5 years' and projects and IPMA Level C or similar experience leading development projects in dynamic environments
Confidence using modern project management approaches (agile, hybrid, or classic)
A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong communication skills and natural leadership energy
