Project Manager, OP PMO

Overview

We are seeking a project manager for our OP PMO team at Neste. The role involves leading critical initiatives within the NOSTE program, focusing on strategic profit improvement at the Porvoo refinery. The position is based in Espoo or Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical initiatives within the NOSTE program in Neste's OP PMO.
• Drive strategic profit improvement at the Porvoo refinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Espoo or Kilpilahti as the work requires.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid project management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are highly advantageous.
