Would you like to drive a mix of activities, development needs and influence our future portfolio for food processing? The Capital Equipment part of Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) department has a role to deliver project with close cooperation with the different business streams – Dairy, Beverage, Prepared Food and Plant‑based industry. You will be part of the Project Management Team, operating in the Mid Europe region. The team consists of experienced Project Managers who closely collaborate with engineers and functional specialists working across regions and business units.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to support and drive projects and activities for Project Centre Mid Europe.
This is a permanent position located in Munich, Germany. Travel up to 40% of the time.
In this role, you will ensure that projects are executed according to contract, within scope, time, budget, and quality, while achieving high customer satisfaction and contributing to Tetra Pak's business results. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across our global organization.
The position offers a wide internal and external network in a global organisation. You will work with the newest food processing technologies, delivering new innovations and improvements in the field of process optimisation, sustainability and product quality.
You will report to the Project Management line organization and work cross‑functionally with stakeholders across Tetra Pak's Processing Solutions & Equipment business.
A passion about people and a strong drive for results with solid stakeholder management skills. This will enable you to navigate in a matrix organisation. We also see that you can easily interact with people at different levels and build trust. You are persistent, structured, have strong analytical and planning skills and are self‑motivated.
You have 5‑10 years’ experience within Project Management or equivalent experience from technology, engineering – preferably within the food processing industry or similar. It is also a strong merit if you hold a BSc/MSc in Engineering, are PMI certified and have experience from waterfall projects. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
