Job Description

We are looking for project managers who can actively contribute to the collaboration of RDC project services, including drug development and testing services for RDC. Candidates with no work experience are welcome.

This Role is Responsible For

• Support the development, implementation, and communication of global RDC project plans.
• Support cross‑functional and global collaboration to integrate broad medical, scientific, and commercial input into development programs.
• Address customer needs and offer specialized technical support.

Basic Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biochemistry is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
• In-depth knowledge of the scientific approach and clinical application of RDC based on chemical, medical, biological, and practical principles.
• Demonstrate excellent cooperative behavior, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with teamwork environment and ability to communicate effectively.
