Responsibilities

• Present the switchgear portfolio and conduct training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Support acquisition and development of new project opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations through to contract award.
• Manage projects through to handover of switchgear solutions to customers, including responsibility for results and margins.
• Analyse and document the assigned market to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Basic knowledge of German; strong written and spoken English skills required.
• Knowledge of gas‑insulated switchgear (GIS) is a plus.
• Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a pragmatic mindset.
• Willingness to travel.
