Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/x)

Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/x) – IBM iX DACH

We are looking for a German and English fluent Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors projects focused on Employee Central and Talent Management. The role is full‑time (40 hours/week) and based in Berlin or Düsseldorf, with optional remote work within Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects with a focus on Employee Central and Talent Management.
• Assume project responsibility, including time, budget, and resource planning.
• Lead and develop project team.
• Create compelling customer proposals and conduct pitches.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and success of the implementation.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Experience managing three implementation projects in Employee Central and/or Talent modules.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and Talent Management and a project management certification.
• Experience in sales, particularly in preparing quotations and customer presentations.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage teams.
• German and English at C1 level.
