Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)*

As Project Manager, you will drive multi-project delivery to digitize HR processes at Munich Re. You’ll coordinate global teams across IT disciplines to implement SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and HR tools within the One Essentials framework. You will establish scope, manage resources and budgets, and mitigate risks to deliver on time and within budget. The role combines process and program leadership with strong stakeholder collaboration, including external partners. This is a high-impact position shaping how HR systems scale across a global enterprise.

• Lead multiple HR-focused projects including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
• Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities; manage resources and allocation.
• Develop and maintain budgets, detailed project plans, and milestones; track progress and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Munich Re’s One Essentials PM methodology and compliance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage stakeholder and client communications (including external partners).
• Provide regular status reports to project teams and key stakeholders; ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or comparable qualification.
• 7+ years of IT and digital transformation project management experience, with large SAP SuccessFactors implementations in international HR settings.
• Proven track record across all project phases from business case to rollout; SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of compliance topics in the insurance industry (e.g., DORA, VAIT).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and partners.
• Familiarity with agile and traditional PM methods; PMI/PRINCE2/Scrum certifications are a plus.
