Project Manager Shopper Marketing (DE/International) – German Speaking | Remote Poland / Hybrid Warsaw

We are looking for a Project Manager Shopper Marketing (DE/International) – German Speaking to support the delivery of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects for leading brands in the German and international markets.

Important: Fluency in German is essential for this role, as daily communication with clients and partners takes place in German.

What you´ll do

You will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery – from initial briefing through to implementation at the point of sale. Your key responsibilities include:

• POS & Retail Project Management Managing the end-to-end execution of retail materials, displays, and shop-in-shop solutions.
• Project Coordination Planning timelines and budgets, and overseeing production and logistics processes.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication Maintaining daily contact with clients and coordinating suppliers and internal teams (primarily in German).
• Quality Control Ensuring all deliverables meet agreed project standards and quality requirements, including subcontractor outputs.
• Promoter Team Management Supporting the selection and coordination of in-store staff, participating in recruitment (with HR support), and providing operational supervision.
• Reporting & Development Preparing project summaries for clients and contributing ideas to improve sales impact and execution quality.

What you have

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in client-facing and fast-paced environments. You should bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management (e.g. PM, Account Management, Retail, or Shopper Marketing)
• Good command of English, enabling confident day-to-day communication
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of production and marketing processes
• A proactive mindset and strong “can-do” attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with POS campaigns, retail displays, or visual merchandising
• Familiarity with AI tools supporting project management or marketing workflows
