Main tasks:

• Processing and handling of all trades (HVAC) in accordance with HOAI service phases
• Preparation of offers and concepts
• Handover and control of planning services in cooperation with the planning team
• Support and finalisation of tenders and specifications
• Negotiations with customers and subcontractors
• Technical project management and claim management

Prerequisites:

• Completed technical studies (Diploma, Bachelor, Master), alternatively training as a technician or master craftsman specialising in supply engineering, technical building services or HVACR
• Professional experience in project management / construction management of utility systems in accordance with HOAI service phases
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Cobalt PM)
• Organisational skills, teamwork and communication skills
• Erste Berufserfahrung
