Project Manager Technology Development Integrated Sensors (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Manage technology development and innovation projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and decisive impact for Infineon.
• Lead the project team across multiple functions in a multi‑site environment.
• Understand application requirements and frame the technology roadmap for integrated magnetic field sensors in cooperation with experts, stakeholders and customers.
• Set up new projects to improve performance and stay ahead of competition for the next generation of silicon sensors.
• Optimize wafer process towards low cost and high yield in cooperation with manufacturing departments.
• Establish a transparent communication framework to all levels of the project organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in physics, electrical engineering, material science or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing technology projects.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
• Strong background in silicon technologies for integrated sensors and applications.
• Highly motivated, flexible team player.
• Familiar with relevant project management software tools.
• Fluent in German and English (level C).
