Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead ISC deliverables across planning, development, industrialization, and launch preparation
- Own ISC scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risks
- Ensure compliance with NPD / stage‑gate governance and deliverables
- Drive milestones and phase exits
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate ISC functions (Industrial Engineering, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, CI, EHS)
- Clarify roles, interfaces, and dependencies
- Serve as single point of contact for ISC execution topics
- Schedule, Resource & Cost Management: Build and maintain integrated project plans (incl. dependencies)
- Track resources and identify capacity gaps early
- Coordinate mitigation for timing and resource conflicts
- Provide transparent budget and cost‑driver reporting
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Identify and manage technical, supplier/industrialization, and timeline/capacity risks
- Maintain risk register and mitigation actions
- Escalate critical risks with clear options and recommendations
- Governance, Reporting & Communication: Create management‑ready status reports, run ISC core team meetings and alignment forums, prepare decision papers for steering committees; document decisions, actions, and lessons learned
- Pharmacy Automation Specific Requirements: Experience managing subprojects in complex product development
- Platform/product‑family experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of design, V&V/qualification, and ramp‑up activities
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial/Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar
- Experience: Several years as Project Manager in development/NPD; proven leadership of cross‑functional, multidisciplinary teams
- Preferred: Automotive/automation/robotics/machinery or complex electromechanical systems
- Skills & Competencies: Strong planning, structuring, and prioritization; excellent stakeholder management and communication; translate technical topics into clear management updates
- Tools & Methods: Proficient with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel/PowerPoint); strong in risk management and milestone tracking; experience with classical and/or hybrid PM approaches
- Languages: German (fluent); English (B2 or higher)

Location and Compensation
Primary Work Location: DEU Kelberg – Rowastrasse
Salary Range: €58,500.00 – €89,250.00 EUR Annual
