An excellent opportunity to join a leading international consultancy supporting the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre construction projects across Germany and Europe.
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Planner to play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex data centre construction programmes . Working client-side, you will take ownership of master programmes, construction schedules, and progress reporting, providing clear programme insight to senior project and construction leadership teams.
The Role
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction programmes for hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects
- Integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover schedules into cohesive master programmes
- Analyse programme performance, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for mitigation
- Produce critical path analysis, look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and recovery programmes
- Support change control, delay analysis, and scenario planning
- Work closely with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule alignment
- Prepare high‑quality programme reports for senior stakeholders and client leadership teams
About You
- Proven experience in a Project Scheduler / Planner role within construction or consultancy environments
- Strong background in data centre, mission‑critical, or complex construction projects
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and commissioning processes
- Ability to communicate complex programme information clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting claims, extensions of time, or forensic planning is advantageous
- Fluent English required; German language skills beneficial but not essential
