As Project Manager, you lead international projects from order intake to commissioning and handover, ensuring technical feasibility, cost targets, and schedule adherence. You coordinate cross-functional interfaces and serve as the main contact for customers worldwide, driving on-site coordination and risk management. You guide the project team through the lifecycle, shaping complex production systems in a global engineering context. This role offers exposure to international collaboration, customer-facing leadership, and transformation of engineering in the digital age.

• Lead international projects for complex new machines and production systems from order intake to commissioning and handover
• Ensure optimal project execution regarding technical requirements, cost targets, and schedules
• Own the project team and coordinate interfaces with internal departments and external suppliers
• Be the primary point of contact for customers worldwide and lead on-site coordination meetings
• Manage claims, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in international mechanical and plant engineering
• Strong technical understanding combined with solid commercial and business acumen
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project and SAP is advantageous; strong communication and structured work approach
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer projects
