As Expert Finance Business Partner Go-To-Market, you partner with CRO and VP-level leaders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to guide GTM investment and growth. You own Go-To-Market budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, turning commercial initiatives into clear financial impact. You develop business cases and executive-ready reporting on SaaS KPIs, and lead complex financial modelling to support strategic decisions. You work closely with a small FP&A team to drive growth at speed in a global, scalable software business. This role offers high visibility and meaningful influence across regions and initiatives.

• Partner with CRO and VP-level leaders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success as trusted finance advisor
• Own Go-To-Market budget planning, forecasting and variance analysis with revised projections
• Build business cases and scenario models for new regions, marketing investments and new sales approaches
• Translate commercial initiatives into financial impact with investment trade-offs
• Develop executive reporting on SaaS and Go-To-Market KPIs (ARR, bookings, sales productivity, retention)
• Drive complex analytical projects using advanced financial modelling, FP&A tools and AI
• Guide and develop the junior commercial finance analyst supporting your area

• Built a strong track record in FP&A or finance business partnering within a B2B SaaS company
• Partnered directly with Sales, Marketing or Customer Success leaders
• Owned budgeting and forecasting cycles end to end, and built financial models and business cases
• Presented complex financial insight clearly to VP and C-level stakeholders, influencing decisions
• Worked hands-on with an ERP system, and use AI tools to speed up analysis
