Projektleiter (m/w/d) CSA & TGA für Neubau eines Fabrikgebäudes

As a Project Manager for the Facility Management sub-project (CSA & MEP) of a new state-of-the-art factory, you drive technical and organizational delivery for a large-scale industrial build. You collaborate closely with the general contractor, Facility Management, and other sub-project managers to ensure schedule, budget, and technical standards are met. You assess designs for reliability, energy efficiency, and operating costs, and oversee the integration of MEP systems for modern semiconductor manufacturing. • Validate planning activities and review concepts within the project scope
• Coordinate interfaces between construction, architecture, MEP, production, logistics, OHS, and external partners
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and technical requirements
• Review and approve design documents, BOQ, and technical specs
• Evaluate and optimize concepts for supply reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and OPEX
• Integrate MEP systems (heating/cooling, ventilation, electrical, I&C, security, fire protection)
• Ensure compliance with semiconductor manufacturing standards, FM Global and other regulations
• Monitor on-site construction activities and MEP installations
• Lead construction meetings, inspections, and progress reviews
• Manage subcontractors and safety/environmental compliance
• Prepare status reports, risk assessments, and decision papers
• Support commissioning, functional testing, and handover to FM and Production

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction or MEP project management
• Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, technical standards, and approval processes
• Experience coordinating with consulting engineers, general contractors, and authorities
