Promotion Manager – Campaign Planning & Management

You are responsible for strategic promotional planning and manage ZooRoyal’s promotional activities for our webshop and ZooRoyal retail stores.

You ensure smooth promotion processes: you maintain promotion setups, work in channel-specific systems, optimize setup workflows in coordination with IT, and act as the primary contact for other departments that create promotions.

You continuously monitor promotion performance, proactively derive concrete recommendations for action, and ensure adherence to the promotions budget.

You continuously develop our promotions business both commercially and technically.

Requirements

You have independently planned, managed, or optimized promotions, promotion campaigns, or comparable measures in retail, CRM, or e-commerce and taken responsibility for results.

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Digital) Marketing, E‑commerce, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

You have strong analytical skills, work confidently with KPIs and performance data, and derive concrete recommendations from them.

You bring practical experience with commerce, CRM, or campaign systems.

You are familiar with complex coordination across different departments, IT and other stakeholders and can maintain an overview across multiple interfaces.
