Position Overview

We are seeking prop traders for our options and equity markets division. You will trade firm capital across listed options and equities, applying your edge in technical analysis, flow reading, or quantitative methods to generate profits in a performance‑driven environment.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high‑probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets
• Use options Greeks (delta, gamma, theta, vega) to construct positions with deliberate exposures
• Apply portfolio‑level risk controls to manage concentration, correlation, and drawdown
• Review fills, P&L, and execution quality daily to refine your trading process
• Keep an organized trade journal capturing both quantitative and qualitative observations
• Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions as desired

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading
• Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics
• Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection
• Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus

Position Details

• 1099 independent contractor with no W-2 employment relationship
• Profit‑based compensation from 65% to 90%, with no cap on total earnings
• Initial firm capital allocation up to $50,000, scaling toward $500,000+
• Fully remote — work from home, an office, or anywhere else of your choosing
• Performance‑based capital increases reviewed on a bi‑monthly schedule
