WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt).

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Property accounting agenda
Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Invoice verification, invoice processing, and invoicing
Balance and account reconciliation
Dunning and collection processes
Preparation of the annual service charge statement in collaboration with property managers
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support for audits and year-end financial reviews

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

Successfully completed degree in business administration or completed training in accounting, preferably with further education as a certified accountant
Solid professional experience in property accounting for commercial real estate
Experience with real estate ERP systems - preferably Yardi
Strong numerical affinity and independent working style
Team-oriented mindset
Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
Language skills: German (native or billingual) & English (professional working knowledge)
