Property Maintenance Manager (m/f/x) – Garden & Pool / Mallorca

Property Maintenance Manager (m/f/x) – Garden & Pool / Mallorca

You will join our Operations Team on Mallorca. You will be responsible for the technical and operational management of our property portfolio – from garden and pool maintenance to planning upkeep and coordinating external service providers on the ground.

Location: Mallorca

Garden Maintenance

• Weekly care and inspection of the gardens at our properties
• Pruning of plants and trees
• Inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Ensuring a well‑kept appearance of all outdoor areas

Pool Maintenance

• Weekly cleaning and maintenance of the pools
• Monitoring and documentation of water quality
• Supervision and maintenance of pool technology (incl. pool heating, filters, skimmers)
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues

Maintenance & Repairs

• Carrying out minor hands‑on repairs in the properties
• On‑site support for technical issues
• Coordinating and supervising external contractors for larger repair works

Your profile

• Several years of experience in garden and pool maintenance
• Completed vocational training in a relevant technical trade
• Certifications in pool technology, plumbing, or building services are an advantage
• A very high level of reliability, personal responsibility, and professional conduct
• Practical skills and an independent working style
• Class B driving licence
• Spanish is required
• English or German language skills are a plus
