Property Manager Residential (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Responsibility for the commercial and technical management of properties in compliance with legal requirements, particularly for residential properties in Berlin region
• Property management using the ix-Haus software, in conjunction with Casavi and EverReal
• Management, supervision and coordination of external service providers
• Master data maintenance, property controlling, budget preparation and budget monitoring
• Regular property inspections, with the implementation of necessary measures
• Supporting the expansion of property management services in the Berlin area
• Collaboration with the lettings department

Your profile

• Completed property-specific training or a degree
• Several years’ professional experience in the management of residential properties
• Knowledge of building services engineering and structural engineering issues would be an advantage
• Experience with ix-Haus would be desirable
• Strong, confident communication skills
• Good commercial acumen and experience in reporting and documentation
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
