Prozessmanager - Quality Management (m/w/d)

In this role you drive and maintain a robust quality management system for healthcare software, aligning processes with BSI C5 and ISO 9001. You collaborate across functions to strengthen audit readiness and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement. You’ll prepare for internal and external audits and ensure up-to-date, compliant documentation. • Maintain and enhance the QMS with focus on BSI C5 and ISO 9001
• Define, adapt and monitor software development and related service processes for conformity
• Plan, execute and document internal audits; support external audits and follow-up of findings
• Ensure documentation is correct, complete and audit-ready
• Collaborate with Senior Regulatory Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive quality and continuous improvement

• 3+ years in quality management, compliance or IT/process auditing
• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Quality Management)
• Strong process management and quality assurance methodology; experience with QMS tools and audit management solutions
• Very good English and good German (written and spoken)
• Precise, structured, analytical working style; strong communication; ability to challenge status quo constructively
