Psychological Operations Planner, Senior

As a Senior PSYOP Planner, you will lead and shape psychological operations planning for a Combatant Command, translating complex information into actionable insights for senior decision-makers. You will coordinate across higher headquarters, DoD, and interagency actors to inform strategic and operational plans, conduct research, and provide expert input on information environments. This role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, mentorship, and timely recommendations under pressure, contributing to warfighter readiness and mission success.

• Lead for a Combatant Command's PSYOP program and conduct deliberate and contingency PSYOP planning
• Develop, validate, and coordinate functional PSYOP plans with higher headquarters, components, DoW, and interagency actors
• Provide PSYOP input to strategic/operational plans, execution orders, and analysis reports; advise on doctrine, policy, and lessons learned
• Conduct research and analysis; prepare information/decision papers and briefings for senior leadership
• Offer time-critical recommendations to customers and mentor other analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality PSYOP products and learn new skills/tools

• 7+ years of PSYOP planning experience
• Experience employing the Joint Planning Cycle
• Experience briefing senior leadership
• Experience staffing PSYOP products through approval processes with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with complex problem-solving using appropriate methodologies
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of Command and General Staff College or U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy
