Purchasing Expert (m/f/d)

As a Purchasing Expert, you will support purchasing and logistics activities within an international team. You will place and monitor orders, coordinate deliveries with suppliers and help ensure that products are available on time.

Tasks

• Processing and monitoring purchase orders
• Coordinating deliveries with suppliers
• Monitoring stock levels and delivery dates
• Checking purchase prices and delivery information
• Coordinating shipping and logistics
• Handling returns and delivery issues
• Maintaining purchasing and logistics data in the ERP system
• Supporting the team with day-to-day purchasing activities

Requirements

• Commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain
• Experience working with suppliers
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good English skills; Japanese native language is an advantage
