Python Developer

In this role you will develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications and data pipelines within a cloud-enabled environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions and ensure quality through testing and CI/CD. The position focuses on building data-driven services using Python, PySpark, and modern AWS tools, helping drive scalable data workflows. This is an opportunity to craft end-to-end data applications that impact product capability and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services
• Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Spark/PySpark
• Implement testing and debugging using Python testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, PyUnit)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Leverage AWS services (S3, Databricks, Data Lake Storage) to support data solutions
• Integrate and manage data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, Jenkins)
• Design principles for scalable apps and reliable software delivery

• Expert proficiency in Python
• Expert proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL
• Strong experience with Python testing frameworks (Pytest, PyUnit)
• In-depth knowledge of Django or Flask
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms (S3, Databricks, Data Lake Storage)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Experience with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, Jenkins)
• Ability to design scalable and executable software architectures
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology (Master's preferred but not required)
