Задачи:

• Own and evolve the backend, including APIs, use case layers, domain models, serialization, and Kafka-based event-driven pipelines;
• Take engineering ownership of new product modules by designing architectural scaffolds, connecting layers, and maintaining clean boundaries;
• Build and maintain Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud resources;
• Collaborate with Operations Research Engineers to integrate optimization algorithms into the product;
• Build AI capabilities by combining LLMs with the optimization engine;
• Use code agents and AI assistants as part of the software delivery workflow;
• Contribute to architecture decisions and uphold code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement;
• Write well-tested, self-documenting code following hexagonal architecture patterns;
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing and learning.

Требования:

• Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 5+ Years of experience in backend software engineering with Python;
• Experience with a modern front-end stack and basic front-end development;
• Production experience with clean architecture principles, including hexagonal architecture, ports-and-adapters, DDD, or similar approaches;
• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL;
• Experience with event-driven systems, including Kafka or similar technologies;
• Strong experience with AI-augmented development using code agents or AI assistants in daily work;
• Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with unit, integration, and acceptance testing best practices;
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and infrastructure as code with Terraform;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with mathematical optimization or data-intensive applications.
