Are you a quality-focused professional with experience managing GxP documentation in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement?

We’re looking for a QA Documentation Manager to join a global pharmaceutical services organisation supporting clinical and healthcare operations across international markets. This is offered on 12-month contract basis and working in a hybrid model.

The Role

• Manage and maintain the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
• Oversee the lifecycle of SOPs, policies, and GxP documentation
• Ensure documentation is compliant, accurate, and audit-ready
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and updates across departments
• Support quality initiatives, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in QA documentation or quality systems within pharma/life sciences
• Experience working with eQMS platforms (ZenQMS experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of GxP and documentation practices
