QA Software Test Engineer (m/w/d)

We make the future of mobility a reality. We are looking for an experienced QA engineer for manual testing.

Your Tasks

• As a QA software test engineer, you will support us in developing our existing embedded Linux infrastructure and improving our industrial radar applications through intensive manual dynamic and static testing
• You support the development team in daily activities by planning, executing and documenting different test scenarios for features development and bug fixing
• You plan and carry out manual regression, smoke and release testing of embedded software applications
• You build, support and improve our QA software test system, by managing test specifications, executions and reports
• Throughout the entire process, you will be in close communication with other development teams, product owners and group leaders to support the cross-functional development process of sophisticated radar technologies

Your Strengths

• Complete studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or others
• You have a solid technical understanding of SDLC, software testing
• Next to experience of working in Linux testing environment, you have experience with testing REST API and network applications
• Advanced network knowledge (VPN, rtsp streams, MQTT) is needed
• You are experienced in writing test specifications, planning test executions and preparing test reports
• You have strong English communication skills, German would be a plus
