Exyte is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager (m/f/d) for a large‑scale data center project in Frankfurt. The role focuses on leading project quality across CSA and MEP disciplines and managing the site quality team. Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure the highest quality standards.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Identify and analyze customer‑specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects.
• Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements.
• Identifying process improvements that will increase quality with projects, and provide process improvement ideas to the Regional Quality Management Department.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate all quality‑related functions within the project.
• Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects.

Show your expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Natural Sciences or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in data centers, high‑tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
• Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer), additional qualifications such as Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analyst is preferred.
• Practical Experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA, or comparable systems).
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to drive topics to completion with a clear focus, ensuring that issues are fully clarified and resolved.
