Tasks

• Handling customer complaints and repair orders, including customer contact
• Generating quality reports from SAP/PowerBI
• Processing quality documentation
• Audit support and documentation

Profile

• Knowledge of the SAP Q module – Q notifications (QM module)
• Knowledge of the SAP Equipment DB (IH module)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Technical expertise
• Quick learner
• Structured approach to work
