As our Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) Food Manufacturing , you ensure that our products meet manufacturing, customer, regulatory and food‑safety standards. You drive continuous improvement across production technologies and work directly with Production, R&D, Engineering and Operational Excellence teams.

This Is What You Can Expect

• Lead and team up with our QA technologist and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure products comply with food safety, hygiene and GMP standards
• Develop and enhance quality control procedures for production
• Analyze production quality performance and support product trials with R&D
• Implement customer requirements and support internal and external audits
• Lead the HACCP team and validate CCPs/ CPs
• Conduct hygiene validations, risk assessments and oversee pest monitoring
• Investigate food‑safety complaints, manage non‑conformities and support crisis coordination

• Leadership capability: Ability to develop, mentor and upskill team
• Quality & food‑safety expertise: Skilled in GMP, HACCP, auditing and compliance frameworks
• Analytical & problem‑solving strength: Ability to interpret quality data and drive improvements
• Risk management competence: Strong understanding of food‑safety and process risks
• Cross‑functional collaboration: Effective interaction with Production, R&D, Engineering and OE
• Continuous improvement mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements
• Strong communication skills: Ability to report quality findings clearly to key stakeholders
• Language & system skills: Professional German and English and experience with SAP
