Quality Control Specialist

Matricel manufactures collagen matrices for e.g. dental applications. A quality control specialist works in the quality control lab and in the clean room. Performs in-process analyses of samples provided by the manufacturing department and release testing of final products.

Responsibilities

• In-process testing of samples
• Release testing of end products
• Sample preparation in the clean room
• Microbiological monitoring of the clean room
• Calibration/maintenance of analytical equipment
• Incoming inspection of delivered goods for the manufacturing department
• Trend analysis using Excel
• Preparing reports in case of deviations
