Your mission

Quality management

• Implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 & 14001, AS6081/AS6171, EcoVadis and ISO 17025
• Promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company
• Documentation, analysis and optimization of internal processes including risk and Opportunity assessment
• Identification and management of the requirements of relevant interest groups (stakeholders)
• Increase customer satisfaction and service quality
• Support in the implementation of strategic Management objectives
• Assessment of the company's environmental impact and climate-related risks
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce negative environmental impacts
• Optimize energy use and resource efficiency
• Reduce waste and emissions
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and legal requirements
• Implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 certification

Assisting with contract analysis and -negotiations

• Support in the analysis and negotiation of contracts in close coordination with the compliance department

Legal compliance management

• Identify applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Assess legal risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Ensure compliant, ethical and legally sound business processes

Problem resolution and handling of concerns

• Support in resolving customer concerns and problem cases
• Coordination with internal teams to develop and implement more effectively Solutions
• Escalation of complex issues to senior account management, if necessary

Performance contribution

• Independent contribution to the implementation of company guidelines and the achievement of company goals.
• Completed technical training or technician or completed studies in electrical engineering, quality management or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance or supplier management, ideally in an industry with high quality standards such as automotive/medical
• In-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as common quality techniques and methods such as 8D report, KVP and PDCA
• Desirable Knowledge of ISO 17025, AS6081/AS6171 and EcoVadis
• Ideally qualified as a quality management representative (QMB) or auditor
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an independent, quality-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels as well as very good German and good skills Knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel
