Quality Manager | m/f/d

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and continuous optimization of the quality management system in accordance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, EN/AS 9100, ISO 13485, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer quality expectations
• Ensuring compliance with all quality guidelines and standards within the company
• Maintaining documentation, records and reports to ensure compliance with quality requirements and traceability
• Planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits as well as supporting certification processes and performance evaluations
• Analyzing key quality indicators (KPIs) and initiating improvement measures
• Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA processes) to avoid errors
• Conducting training courses and raising employee awareness of quality issues
• Complaint management and cooperation with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met
• Interface between production, development, purchasing and management in quality matters
• Documentation and reporting of quality-related issues to the management
• Promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Submitting reports and recommendations to the management for strategic decision-making
• Supporting the development and implementation of environmental and safety management systems
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for process optimization
• Supporting production with quality-related issues
• Maintaining and updating quality-related documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, quality management or a comparable field of study
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance or process improvement.
• Good knowledge of quality standards and methods (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean etc.).
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, CAPA, 8D and root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
