Quality Professional (f/m/d)
Join Siemens Energy as Quality Professional (f/m/d) (Substations) and help shape quality execution across critical Substations projects and operations. You will turn ISO 9001 principles into practical controls, improvement actions, and clear learning loops that help teams prevent defects, reduce Non‑Conformance Costs, and deliver right‑first‑time. Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sites, and EQS Operations, you will help teams spot, assess, and control quality risks early across the full project lifecycle. Your work will strengthen a reliable, safe, and sustainable power grid by making risk‑based quality management part of daily execution, not just a compliance task.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead risk‑based quality management across projects, helping teams identify, prioritise, and mitigate quality risks early in line with ISO 9001.
- Define and maintain Project Quality Plans and embed process ownership, control requirements, effectiveness monitoring, and evidence‑based decision‑making into execution.
- Govern NCR management, drive RCA/8D and CAPA, and ensure lessons learned are documented and used to prevent recurrence.
- Reduce Non‑Conformance Costs by addressing root causes, not just symptoms, and by improving right‑first‑time execution across projects and sites.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Sites, and EQS Operations to lead PDCA‑based improvement actions and elevate risks and process gaps with clear facts and data.
What You Bring
