Quality Support (f/m/x)

In this role you validate battery system quality by analyzing errors, performing functional tests, and reworking components. You will support the analysis team, contribute to continuous improvement of battery system equipment, and work as part of a quality-driven project culture. The position emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, systematic work, and collaboration across teams to meet high product and service standards.

• Analyze errors in battery packs and cell modules
• Perform functional tests on electronic assemblies and locate malfunctions
• Disassemble parts/assemblies and carry out documented rework on battery systems
• Support the analysis team with expertise in solving product and process problems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of battery system equipment

• Completed technical training (electrical technician, electronics technician) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the automotive industry, ideally with electrical troubleshooting
• Willingness to undergo further training as an electrical specialist
• Structured and organized working style, teamwork, and independence
