Responsibilities

Manage all cost control aspects of the project from start to completion.
Prepare, monitor, and update cost plans and project budgets.
Oversee and prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
Review and process subcontractor accounts and variations.
Provide accurate commercial advice to project teams and resolve cost issues promptly.
Prepare and submit monthly valuations and progress applications.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management strategies.

Requirements

Must‑have
- Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying within construction, preferably on large‑scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience on data centre or mission‑critical projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting abilities.
