Manning Global is seeking a highly experienced RAN Project Coordinator to drive delivery excellence for large-scale telecom projects across Germany. This role is critical in managing end-to-end project coordination, ensuring SLA compliance, and supporting the evolution of advanced mobile networks including 5G.

Detailed Job Description

As a RAN Project Coordinator, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. You will manage complex project timelines, oversee vendor performance, and ensure all deliverables meet required standards and deadlines. The role requires strong telecom domain expertise, particularly in RAN environments, and the ability to navigate complex dependencies within fast-paced projects. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for project delivery and coordination across stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Lead coordination of third-party vendors from onboarding to delivery validation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and dependencies
• Manage escalation processes and resolve issues proactively
• Support delivery of RAN-related projects within multi-technology environments

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in telecom project delivery or coordination
• Strong experience in RAN environments and telecom infrastructure projects
• Direct experience working with VDF platforms (mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong project planning, reporting, and coordination skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in 5G or network transformation projects
• Exposure to large-scale telecom deployment programs
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools
• Experience working in global or multi-vendor environments
