Ensure world‑class performance of cutting‑edge high‑end digital hardware products by developing and owning methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification.
Design and implement high‑impact diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ software environment, tightly coupled with advanced hardware.
Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state‑of‑the‑art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology.
Act as the technical bridge from development to production and customers, rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide.
Analyze production and field data to identify issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to the limits of what is technically possible.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Solid experience in C++ programming and a strong grasp of object‑oriented design principles.
Solid understanding of digital hardware systems, electrical engineering fundamentals, and measurement techniques.
Analytical mindset and data‑driven problem‑solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve system performance.
Ability to work across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders.
Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow continuously.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred:
- Hands‑on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, etc.).
- German language proficiency.
